This 3-part workshop series focuses on practical nutrition information. Many people would like to adopt healthier eating habits, but don't know where to start. There is also confusing information with regards to nutrition, which makes it even more challenging. This program is the perfect introduction to understanding how to eat for optimal health. Each week, we focus on a few major concepts, such as understanding food labels, how to make a superfood smoothie, juicing, why we need to avoid GMO's, and the impacts of gluten and dairy on our health. Each week, there will also be 1 or 2 goals to work on that will help make positive changes towards a healthier lifestyle.
This also includes a weekly email to all participants to remind them of their goals for the week and other helpful tips.
As an added bonus, all participants will receive two recipe books. This first is for plant based, low fat, gluten free meals. The second recipe book is 30 of your favourite cakes and pies turned into delicious and healthy cake shakes!
